Tell Us About Your Residential Project

Details That Help Us Quote Faster

Location

City, neighborhood, driveway access, lane access, slope, overhead wires, branches, or street placement needs.

Material Type

Household cleanup waste, renovation debris, drywall, roofing, concrete, dirt, rock, yard waste, or mixed accepted material.

Project Type

Garage cleanout, basement cleanup, renovation, rental property turnover, roofing, landscaping, moving cleanup, or new home cleanup.

Timing

As soon as possible, tomorrow if available, this week, next week, or a preferred delivery date if known.

Urgent Delivery?

Call today for next-day delivery. Timing depends on schedule, location, and bin availability. If timing is urgent, call 604-690-7325 instead of waiting for a form reply.

Quote-Based Pricing

Pricing depends on your location, bin size, material type, weight, rental period, and disposal requirements. Peak Recycling does not publish prices online because residential projects can vary widely.

What Affects Your Bin Rental Quote?

You do not need to know every detail before asking for a quote. The more information you can share, the easier it is to recommend the right bin and avoid surprises.

City & Delivery Area

Delivery distance, local access, and scheduling can affect the quote.

Bin Size

Smaller heavy-material bins and larger cleanup bins are priced differently because capacity and handling needs vary.

Material Type

Household cleanup waste, renovation debris, roofing, drywall, concrete, dirt, rock, yard waste, and mixed loads can have different disposal requirements. Drywall must stay separate for drywall-only pricing.

Weight & Load Limits

Heavy materials add weight quickly, especially concrete, dirt, rock, brick, pavers, tile, and dense renovation debris.

Rental Period

Most residential rentals are flexible for 7-10 days. Extra time may affect the final quote.

Surcharge or Special Items

Mattresses, treated or burnt wood, mixed drywall loads, and other special materials should be mentioned before delivery.

Not Sure What Bin You Need?

That is normal. Tell us what you are loading and where the bin will sit. We can help you choose between 8, 10, 14, 20, 30, and 40 yard bins based on the material, weight, and project size.
