Treated Materials Need Clarification
Treated or burnt wood can be different from ordinary non-treated wood waste. It may require a non-mixed load and an applicable surcharge when accepted, so confirm before loading.
Do Not Hide Restricted Items
Restricted items can delay pickup, create extra handling, or cause a load to be rejected. It is better to ask before delivery than to fix a problem after the bin is full.
